Do you offer corporate access to the records?

We offer corporate access to a large number of private and public organisations.

Our corporate plans allow multiple users to access the site via one or more accounts. There is no limit to the number of users who can access the site at one time. You can also restrict access to a fixed IP address, or IP address range, which will ensure that your account is only used by users logged on to your system.

Corporate account credits, like normal PayAsYouGo credits, give you access to all of our records, including the 1911 census.

The process of setting up a corporate account is fairly simple and is detailed below:

Corporate packages

Corporate plan Number of credits price/credit
£120 1,500 credits £0.08
£190 2,500 credits £0.075
£250 3,500 credits £0.07
£1,000 16,666 credits £0.06

*All credits have a 365 day expiry, we will be happy to extend the life of the credits if they are not used within this period.

Step 1

Consult the corporate packages chart above and decide how many credits you want to purchase. Email sales@findmypast.co.uk with your chosen order value, as well as a contact name and postal address for us to send an invoice to.

Step 2

Register the accounts you would like to use via our registration page. You can register as many accounts as you wish, but it is advisable to have as few accounts as possible. Having one account for each IP address with all users at that IP address using the same password is the most manageable option. Once you have registered your account(s), email sales@findmypast.co.uk with the registered email addresses and we will setup your corporate account(s).

Step 3

Once we receive payment, your credits will be added to your corporate account and the account will be ready to use.

Please feel free to contact us if you wish to discuss our corporate accounts with one of our team, or to receive a copy of our corporate subscription terms and conditions.
