At findmypast.co.uk you can search around 750 million records for free*, but you will need to pay to view the original images and transcriptions.
You can also view our records with PayAsYouGo credits, which are ideal for dipping in and out of records, or for beginners. Credits packages start at just £6.95.
Your account information will tell you how many credits you have left or how long you have left on your current subscription.
It is also possible to access the records using vouchers.
