It's easy and completely free to build your family tree at Findmypast. You can add photos, facts and attach records containing important details about each relative in your tree. If you have built your tree elsewhere, you can import it as a GEDCOM file and continue working on it online. Once you've started adding relations to your family tree, we'll send you Hints to help you grow your tree and identify new ancestors.

In taking up this offer, you consent to a cookie being placed on your machine. The 1 month World subscription for £1 offer is restricted to one offer per individual, where it is assumed that each individual has their own individual device and their own individual email address.

Where more than one individual shares a computer and/or an email address, only one individual will be able to take up the offer.

There are no cash alternatives. Offer applies to new and lapsed subscribers only. This discount can only be used once per person. Usage will be monitored and restricted.  

After the initial 30 day period, your subscription will be automatically renewed at the normal price of £12.95 unless you un-tick the ‘auto-renew my subscription’ box in the My Account section of the site.
