James Mallord William Turner, the son of William and Mary Turner was baptised on 14 May 1775 at St Paul’s Covent Garden. William Blake was baptised on 11 December 1757 at St James, Piccadilly. Sir William Schwenck Gilbert was born 18 November 1836 and baptised on 11 January 1837. Gilbert’s parents were William and Ann Mary and his baptism took place at St Paul’s Covent Garden.
